The fine print
The bizchat toolkit will be drawn once a month beginning 20 February 2008. To be eligible entrants must be active registered active users on the bizchat website. The prize is not redeemable for cash and in the case of the winner having an existing account with any of the providers, that provider's portion of the prize will be given by way of a credit on their account. iPayroll - the offer applies to businesses with less than 20 staff and who are performing a weekly payroll maximum.
